Supplier: Hach
Description: Accessory for test kit, Colour comparator box

Supplier: VWR Chemicals
Description: VWR® TEMPase Hot Start DNA Polymerases are highly stable polymerases, featuring higher specificity, superior sensitivity and greater yields compared to standard DNA polymerases. These features make them well suited for the detection of low abundance targets. Other uses include screening, amplification of GC-rich sequences, multiplex PCR, direct PCR and qPCR.

Supplier: Merck
Description: Quick tests, visual colour comparison.
Supplier: G-Biosciences
Description: The Swift™ Western Diluent is a solution that reduces the blocking and antibody incubations on Western blot membranes to <60 minutes. Swift™ Western Diluent generates comparable results to traditional Western blotting procedures and other commercial “fast” Western blotting kits.

Supplier: Merck
Description: Quick tests for visual colour comparison.

Supplier: Molecular Devices
Description: The Fura-2 QBT™ Calcium Kit eliminates the cause of data variability and reduces the number of steps compared to conventional wash protocols using Fura-2.

Catalog Number: (BOSSBSKH60390)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to EPO. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody preparation specific to EPO. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After the TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain EPO, biotin-conjugated antibody, and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution, and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ±10 nm. The concentration of EPO in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

Catalog Number: (30050.)
Supplier: Biotium
Description: Cell proliferation dyes diffuse passively into cells and covalently label intracellular proteins, resulting in long term cell labelling. They are non-fluorescent until they are hydrolysed by intracellular esterase's. The dyes then react with intracellular amines forming fluorescent conjugates that are retained in the cell. Immediately after staining, a single, bright fluorescent population will be detected by flow cytometry. With each cell division, daughter cells inherit roughly half of the fluorescent label, allowing the number of cell divisions that occur after labelling to be detected by the appearance of successively dimmer fluorescent peaks on a flow cytometry histogram compared to cells analysed immediately after staining. Staining is formaldehyde fixable.
