Catalog Number: (BOSSBS-11306R-A750)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: Increase in fetal surfactant synthesis and lung maturity is caused by the glucocorticoidal induction of enzymes required for phosphatidylcholine synthesis towards the end of gestation. The regulation of gestational age-dependent induction of phosphatidylcholine synthesis by glucocorticoids is still unclear. The rate-controlling enzyme in the phosphatidylcholine biosynthetic pathway is CTP-phosphocholine cytidylyltransferase A (CCT A). In cultured eukaryotic cells, this enzyme is essential for survival. The alpha isoform is located in the nucleus and is regulated by reversible phosphorylation and membrane association. There is significant identity between the alpha-helical membrane-binding domains of CCT A and soybean oleosin. Expressed CCT A has lipid-dependent cytidylyltransferase activity. The gene which encodes CCT A maps to human chromosome 3q.

Description: Monolinuron CRM may also be used as given below: Determination of 252 pesticides extracted from surface water samples by solid-phase extraction (SPE) using liquid chromatography quadrupole-orbitrap high-resolution tandem mass spectrometry. Extraction of 13 pesticides from four groundwater and three river water samples using silica-based MSU-1 mesoporous solid as a sorbent for their solid-phase extraction (SPE) followed by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole-mass spectrometric (UHPLC- QqQ-MS/MS) determination. Development and validation of a UHPLC-diode array detection (DAD) method for simultaneous determination of urea and tebuthiuron herbicides in four fresh vegetable samples. Multi-residue analysis of 50 herbicides in 51 grain samples of soybean corn and wheat by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionisation-mass spectrometry (UPLC-ESI-MS). Extraction of 109 pesticide residues from different chemical classes from 345 tomato samples by modified QuEChERS method and their determination using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). Simultaneous analysis of 238 pesticides and 78 veterinary drugs in 80 bovine milk samples using ultra-fast liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UFLC-MS/MS) and gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS).

Supplier: MP Biomedicals
Description: Soy hydrolysate is an enzymatic (papain) digest of soybean meal. It is a plant source peptone. Soy hydrolysate is useful in media where high clarity is not required.

Supplier: MP Biomedicals
Description: Lecithin from Soy, Refined, is a natural mixture of phospholipids consisting of phosphatidyl choline, phosphatidyl ethanolamine, and phosphatidyl inositol. In soybean lecithin the predominant fatty acid is polyunsaturated linoleic acid, amounting to about 70% of the fatty acids present.
Lecithin is used for preparation of vesicle suspensions commonly called liposomes or as monolayers.
A major structural phospholipid in brain, comprising approx. 15% of total lipid; primarily localized to gray matter.

Catalog Number: (2705-01)
Supplier: Avantor
Description: Mineral oil, white stabilised USP, J.T.Baker®
UOM: 1 * 500 mL

Supplier: SIGMA ALDRICH MICROSCOPY
Description: Oil red O is a lysochrome (fat-soluble dye) diazo dye used for staining of neutral triglycerides and lipids on frozen sections and some lipoproteins on paraffin sections. In histology, a supersaturated solution of oil red O in isopropanol may be used to stain fat in tissue.

Supplier: SIGMA ALDRICH MICROSCOPY
Description: Oil Red O stains lipid materials and imparts red-orange color to the lipids. It also marks vacuoles, particularly observed in ALL-L3 (acute lymphoblastic leukemia) or Burkitt′s lymphoma/leukemia. Oil Red O staining is done on fresh samples, as alcohol fixation removes lipids.

Supplier: VWR Chemicals
Description: Silicone oil, 20 cSt
