UOM: 1 * 100 µl

Catalog Number: (BOSSBS-1556R)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: Profilin 1 is a ubiquitous actin monomer-binding protein involved in actin polymerization in response to extracellular signals. Three profilin genes have been identified: profilin 1, 2, and 3. Profilin 1 is the most ubiquitous and abundant, and is highly expressed throughout development and adulthood inmost tissues including brain. Profilin 2 is the neuronal specific isoform and profilin 3 is a testis specific isoform. Profilins of eukaryotic cells are small (12-15 kDa) cytoplasmic proteins that bind to actin monomers, polyphosphoinositides and polymers of L-proline. Profilins were shown to be important for normal cell proliferation, differentiation and motility. Deletion of profilin 1 gene leads to an embryonic lethal phenotype.
UOM: 1 * 100 µl

Catalog Number: (ICNA04800657)
Supplier: MP Biomedicals
Description: Premix of ultra pure acrylamide with the cross-linking reagent N,N'-methylene-bis-acrylamide, final ratio 29:1.
UOM: 1 * 30 g

Supplier: Alfa Aesar
Description: 3,4-Ethylenedioxythiophene is used as a monomer to synthesise the conductive polymers and used as a reductant in the one-pot synthesis of gold nanoparticles from chloroauric acid, as starting material used in palladium-catalysed mono and bis-arylation reactions and in the synthesis of conjugated polymers and copolymers, with potential optical applications. It is also used in redox activity, electroactivity and conductivity.

Catalog Number: (BOSSBS-4035R)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: The SENP3 protease releases SUMO2 and SUMO3 monomers from sumoylated substrates, but has only weak activity against SUMO1 conjugates. It deconjugates SUMO2 from MEF2D, which increases its transcriptional activation capability.
UOM: 1 * 100 µl

Catalog Number: (BOSSBS-9400R-A555)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: Serves to link two monomer units of either IgM or IgA. In the case of IgM, the J chain-joined dimer is a nucleating unit for the IgM pentamer, and in the case of IgA it induces larger polymers. It also help to bind these immunoglobulins to secretory component.
UOM: 1 * 100 µl

Catalog Number: (BOSSBS-4848R-CY5)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: RUNX3 binds to the core site of murine Leukemia virus, the core sequences in the enhancer of the polyomavirus, and also to the enhancers of the T-cell receptor genes. May be involved in the control of cellular proliferation and/or differentiation (By similarity). Heterodimer of an alpha and a beta subunit. The alpha subunit binds DNA as a monomer and through the Runt domain.DNA-binding is increased by heterodimerization. Interacts with TLE1 and SUV39H1, Subcellular location in Nucleus.
UOM: 1 * 100 µl

Catalog Number: (BSENR-1405-50)
Supplier: Biosensis
Description: Ubiquitin is a highly conserved 76 amino acid protein with an estimated molecular weight of 8.56 kDa which has a central role in regulated protein degradation. It is a protein modifier which can be covalently attached to target lysines either as a monomer or as a lysine-linked polymer. Several types of polymeric chains can be formed depending on the lysine used for the assembly. Attachment to proteins as a polymer leads to their degradation by the 26S proteosome; a complex, multicatalytic cytosolic and nuclear protease. Attachment to proteins as a monomer or as an alternatively linked polymer does not lead to proteasomal degradation and may be required for numerous functions, including maintenance of chromatic structure, regulation of gene expression, stress response, ribosome biogenesis and DNA repair. Ubiquitin is synthesized as a polyubiquitin precursor with exact head to tail repeats, the number of repeats of which differ between species and strains. In some species there is a final amino-acid after the last repeat, here in bovine a Cys. Some ubiquitin genes contain a single copy of ubiquitin fused to a ribosomal protein (either L40 or S27a).
