Catalog Number: (PRSI96-368)
Supplier: ProSci Inc.
Description: Transmembrane glycoprotein NMB (GPNMB) is also known as Transmembrane glycoprotein HGFIN, DC-HIL and Osteoactivin (OA), which belongs to the PMEL/NMB family. GPNMB contains one PKD domain. GPNMB is a transmembrane glycoprotein that is up-regulated in various cancer cells, including in glioblastoma multiforme and is expressed in many melanoma cells, as well as in tissue macrophages. GPNMB protein acts as a downstream mediator of BMP-2 effects on osteoblast differentiation and function. GPNMB participates in bone mineralization, and functions as a negative regulator of inflammation in macrophages.

Supplier: ProSci Inc.
Description: EMX1 belongs to the EMX homeobox family. It is transcription factor, which in cooperation with EMX2, acts to generate the boundary between the roof and archipallium in the developing brain. The protein may function in combinations with OTX1/2 to specify cell fates in the developing central nervous system.

Catalog Number: (PRSI76-387)
Supplier: ProSci Inc.
Description: The 61D3 monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with CD14, a cell surface anchored glycoprotein that is primarily expressed on monocytes, inerfollicular macrophages, and a subset of dendritic cells. CD14 associates with MD-2 (LY-96) and TLR4 to form a receptor complex, which signals specifically in response to bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS) binding. The CD14/MD-2/TLR4 receptor complex signals via MyD88, TIRAP, and TRAF6, and ultimately activates NF-kappaB.
BG Violet 450 conjugate is an alternative to the Pacific Blue, eFluor 450, or BD Horizon V450 dyes. It is excited by the violet (405 nm) laser, with a peak emission of 450 nm.
UOM: 1 * 100 Tests

Catalog Number: (PRSI33-730)
Supplier: ProSci Inc.
Description: Erythropoietin/EPO is a secreted, glycosylated cytokine hormone composed of four alpha helical bundles. It is the primary factor responsible for regulating erythropoiesis during steady-state conditions and in response to blood loss and hemorrhage in the adult organism. Erythropoietin is synthesised by the kidney and stimulates the proliferation and maturation of bone marrow erythroid precursor cells. The protein is found in the plasma and regulates red cell production by promoting erythroid differentiation and initiating hemoglobin synthesis.

Description: This protein belongs to the TRIM protein family. It has multiple zinc finger motifs and a leucine zipper motif. It has been proposed to form homo- or heterodimers which are involved in nucleic acid binding. Thus, it may act as a transcriptional regulatory factor involved in carcinogenesis and/or differentiation. It may also function in the suppression of radiosensitivity since it is associated with ataxia telangiectasia phenotype. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the TRIM protein family. Supplier: ProSci Inc.
Description: TSHZ3 Antibody: The Teashirt zinc finger homeobox (TSHZ) family comprise a family of evolutionarily conserved transcription factors that, in Drosophila, are active in specific body parts for patterning, but whose function in vertebrates is less clear. In mice, the known three TSHZ proteins are expressed in distinct patterns in the developing and adult brain, suggesting that they play a role in the establishment of regional identity and specification of cell types within the brain. Both TSHZ3 and TSHZ1 have been found to interact with FE65, an adapter protein that binds to the amyloid protein precursor (APP) in neurons. Together with SET, a component of the inhibitor of acetyl transferase, and histone deacetylases, these proteins formed a gene-silencing complex whose target includes caspase-4. Recent experiments have also suggested this family of proteins may be involved in carcinogenesis.
